I’m Delyce Collins—writer, wife, mother, grandmother, artist, and unapologetic truth-teller. Writing isn’t just what I do; it’s how I see, sort, and make sense of the world. It’s my strongest gift, my first language, and the core of everything I create.

My work crosses genres, breaks molds, and doesn’t ask for permission. From the tongue-in-cheek coffee table book Make and Model Behavior—a satirical look at people and the cars they drive—to Growing Into a Mature Marriage: From Kindergarten to College, my honest take on 20 years of growing a real marriage, I write from lived experience, sharp observation, and the guts to say what most people won’t.

My portfolio includes For Colored Girls for Trump, a political coloring book that’s sparked real conversation, and my upcoming novel The Legacy of Fools—a genre-bending psychological thriller about what happens when we carry the pain of the past into the future and let it become our identity.

But my platform has always been more than just books. I’ve created soaps with handwritten prayers, designed greeting cards with Hallmark-style wit, and built an online space that evolved into a book review hub and personal liberation lab. Books like The 4-Hour Workweek, The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fck*, and anything by Thomas Sowell have pulled me toward mental freedom—and now I’m passionate about helping others break their own chains, mental or otherwise.

My work challenges comfort zones, dismantles victimhood mindsets, and speaks directly to those who are ready to think, grow, and live free.

This isn’t just about stories. It’s about truth. It’s about legacy. And I’m just getting started.
